About Us

Every DACA-recipient knows that without a work permit there is no work. At Juntos2College we help people learn how to accurately renew and submit their work permit, and remove the fear and uncertainty during the renewal process. We are a bilingual, immigrant-led organization, with 50% or more of our team having been DACA-recipients.

Our movement exists because of people like you. See how you can become a contributor and change lives today.

About The Founder

Luis Antezana Alba was born in Bolivia, raised in Los Angeles, and has called Colorado his adopted home since 2015. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the Honors College at the California State University of Los Angeles. His professional career began as an educator in Colorado Springs, teaching high school Language Arts and AVID. In recent years, Luis focused on college access for Seniors as a Denver Scholarship Foundation College/Career Advisor at Abraham Lincoln High School. With 6+ years of experience, Luis has worked with hundreds of immigrant students and families to help guide them through state financial aid (CASFA), private scholarships (including helping over a dozen students receive the DREAM.US scholarship), career exploration, ITIN support, entrepreneurship, and the DACA process. Luis is a global speaker and is often sought out to consult with teachers, educators, school leaders, and legal teams to support individual families. For his efforts toward education equity, Luis was recognized with the Teach for America 2018 Colorado Springs Alumnus of the Year award. Today, Luis is founder and CEO of Juntos 2 College, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping undocumented families access upward mobility. In his downtime, Luis enjoys spending time with family, reading books, and dancing cumbias.”

Our Services

Juntos 2 College exists to support undocumented families towards  upward economic mobility and in building generational wealth. We transform the structural barriers uniquely experienced by undocumented Americans. We do this through:

  • DACA Works: Our service, DACA Works, helps DACA-recipients learn how to accurately renew and submit their work permit. Our legal team specializes in DACA application support, providing live or virtual hands-on assistance to ensure error-free and successful renewals. We remove the fear and uncertainty many people feel in the renewal process, and offer flexible schedules and fees to make it easier to avoid job loss.
  • Professional Development: Our upward mobility team trains counselors, educators, and parents on how to support undocumented students through post-secondary pathways. Training includes understanding DACA, ITIN and Taxes, Entrepreneurship, work-force entry, and college/financial aid.
